Overconfidence entering a draft results in a painful upcoming year. One can never be overconfident when it comes to your draft. What we will be releasing over the next several days is an asset to help prepare you for your upcoming draft as well as grade your already happened draft. Since you typically don't find out your draft position till an hour till the draft, it would be wise to prep for every possible draft pick, and we have you covered.

This article covers what you should do with the number 1 draft pick, based on a 10-team PPR league. We all know that you have to be aware of your scoring system, because from league to league, systems will vary. We give you two different options in each article: One covering leagues that QB's are just as valuable as the WR and RB positions, and the other covering leagues that are WR and RB dominant. These mock teams cover the first 10 rounds of your draft.
TEAM ROSTER: 1st PICK (QB Strong)
  1. Cam Newton (QB) - 1st overall pick
  2. Amari Cooper (WR) - 20th overall
  3. Sammy Watkins (WR) - 21st overall
  4. Thomas Rawls (RB) - 40th overall
  5. Jonathon Stewart (RB) - 41st overall
  6. Jimmy Graham (TE) - 60th overall
  7. Eric Decker (WR) - 61st overall
  8. Deangelo Williams (RB) - 80th overall
  9. Michael Crabtree (WR) - 81st overall
  10. Josh Doctson (WR) - 100th overall
PICK NOTES:
Cam is a can't miss. Look for him to at least match his output from last season.
Drafting Watkins and Cooper back to back will be LETHAL this season. Two young superstars will have breakout seasons.
ALERT: I'm not crazy about Jimmy Graham AT ALL. However, given what was remaining, I decided to roll the dice with him.

TEAM ROSTER: 1st PICK (QB Weak)
  1. Adrian Peterson (RB) - 1st overall pick
  2. Mike Evans (WR) - 20th overall
  3. Alshon Jeffrey (WR) - 21st overall
  4. Carlos Hyde (RB) - 40th overall
  5. Randall Cobb (WR) - 41st overall
  6. Drew Brees (QB) - 60th overall
  7. Colby Fleener (TE) - 61st overall
  8. Melvin Gordon (RB) - 80th overall
  9. Allen Hurns (WR) - 81st overall
  10. LaGarrette Blount (RB) - 100th overall
AP is my number 1 player in fantasy this year. Case can be make for Antonio Brown in PPR leagues.

Hoping for three bounce back performances from my WR after their down year last year but all three are as talented as it gets in the league.

Colby Fleener with Drew Brees' could be great for fantasy. Saints starting  TE hasn't had less than 110 targets sense 2011. He is my break out TE this year and would take him anytime after the 5th round.
